🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following terms:

1. Timeframe
   Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions

   • The item must be unused.

   • It must be in its original condition and packaging.

   • A purchase invoice must be included.

• Refunds are only granted in cases where the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered. Refunds are processed as store credit or bank transfer if exchange is not possible.
• Return within 14 days.
